Here's thew quickwrite form today:
"What's a good city, state, or country to visit?"
We then used our research skills to eke out more info/facts from our primary resources for our animal report! We looked at the facts that we already had, and had to determine whether it needed further detail/explanation!
For math we discussed units of measure concerning area, and then in collaborative groups measured the area of flat surfaces of items using square inch tiles:
