Happy Monday folks!

We started the day out with a this morning activity:

We then did a close reading of The Recess Queen yet again, and discussed how change over time and cause & effect are correlated with one another:

For math today we discussed perimeter yet again, and went over what a unit of measurement actually is. We ended up finding the perimeters of classroom objects using markers as a unit of measurement!

During our class meeting we had an overview of fixed vs growth mindset:

We also had our Writer's Workshop celebration today, looking for habits that good writer's do. We set one or two goals for writing as well:
