Clam Chowder

Hi there folks!

In the morning, we went over P.R.I.D.E. rules and expectations in the classroom, since we've been on break for week.

Today we read Anthony Reynoso: Born to Rope, which is a story about a boy who discusses his family's tradition of the rodeo and roping.

Afterwards we continued to work on our Ohlone poster projects. During this time, many of the groups came up with a script for the upcoming presentations.

For math, we started our unit on Fractions today; we discussed how to find fair shares, and proceeded to equally split "brownies" up between various amounts of people:

We also discussed what a numerator and a denominator was.

And that's the breakdown folks! Cheers!
