This morning we got down to the nitty gritty and discussed quotations and dialogue. I don't know why it's a hard concept, but it's hard. And it's even harder to teach, especially if it's your first time teaching it! Anyways, we went over how to write dialogue, took some notes, and crafted a nonsensical short story with dialogue. This concept is something we will definitely go over again!
In science lab discussed how energy moves through an ecosystem, and how a food chain is an important part of all that:

For math, we used models and fraction symbols to describe a fractional part of a whole piece!
We continued to demonstrate our knowledge of Ohone culture and traditions by presenting our posters. The audience took notes during the presentation to demonstrate active listening:
