For whatever reason, my original post got deleted! Boo!

I'm going to do a summarized version:

Writer's Workshop: Discussed using checklist to analyze progress and make new writing goals

Math: Had a second go at using a number line to solve for addition, which is one of MANY strategies students will use in order to synthesize the understanding that's three's more than one way to an answer.

ELA: Began to read a non-fiction article on animal and plant needs. Will anlyze article  for the main idea of each particular paragraph. We'll also be using the article to demonstrate the use of textual evidence in our answers, and recognize the use of the prefix re-.

Computer Block: We had the afternoon to set up accounts on the Chromebooks and worked on Lexia.
 Major learning curve on laptop utilization!
