Seared Buffalo Tacos!

Happy Monday folks!

I'm hanging in Boulder, Colorado as I write this! Molly and I decided to spend the New Year with a few of our friends in Colorado; tomorrow we will be heading up to mountainous Frisco, Colorado for some snowy fun, even though I hate skiing and snowboarding. Well, I guess there's always sledding and tubing!

Over the past few days I've been doing a few things:

I saw Gravity in 3D on Saturday! I'm not usually a big fan of 3D, as it makes me nauseous from time to time, and it doesn't pair well with someone who wears glasses, but I decided to put on some contacts and watch this movie in 3D because everyone said that's the only way to watch it. I definitely was not disappointed!

After viewing such a phenomenal movie, Molly and I were feeling a bit peckish so we went to the new Freebirds location in Cupertino for some eats.

I decided to get this monstoristy:

Yup.
That burrito? That's what I had.

I finished about 2/3s of it, before calling it quits. The leftovers made quite the spectacular breakfast!

The day after, we flew to Colorado! In the evening, we went to Avery Brewery, home of the famous Avery White Rascal!

Chillin' with the homies!
Taking in the aroma of the adult soda samplings!
Before.
After.
Today in the morn, we headed up the mountains to the National Center for Atmospheric Research, a.k.a., NCAR!
The road to NCAR!

We are standing in front of the first supercomputer that was made in '77! It's a 5-ton beast!
An iPhone 3G far surpasses this CRAY-1 supercomputer in terms of capabilities! Isn't it crazy how far technology has come?
Hope you're all having a wonderful break so far! Cheers!
