Today we started to reread The Keeping Quilt by Patricia Polacco and began to sequence parts of the story in order to grasp an understanding of the underlying message/moral.
We also added more words to our vocab book:
For our writing block today, we took the suggestions our peers gave us yesterday and edited our rough drafts a bit more. Many of us even had time to start our final drafts!
We took the strategy of expanded form and applied it to our Go Collecting math game that we played again today:
